Information Security
Information security is an integral aspect of our service motto. We understand the importance of treating your confidential information with care. We were the first Sri Lankan-owned Business Process Management (BPM) service provider to obtain the ISO 27001 certification for information security and confidentiality practices. The certification comprises of 26 policies focused on key areas such as infrastructure requirements, asset classification, network security and IT processes.

We are annually audited by the certification body TUV SUD for recertification. All team members have completed the mandatory training on information security.

The in-house Quality Control team are certified Six-Sigma green belts. The Six Sigma philosophy of “what can’t be measured, can’t be managed” stays true at Infomate where every aspect of performance is measured regularly; productivity, turnaround times (TAT), quality levels, performance against Service Levels, Average Handled Time (AHT) and document arrival patterns.

Infomate has over a decade of experience in handling complex transactions in SAP and have assisted several leading Sri Lankan companies in their SAP transition processes.

Our own document management system, BPOMate can be integrated with any ERP platform or accounting platform and includes email integration, document tracking, indexing and retrieval,  real-time visibility on processing status, fully integrated quality module and knowledge management.

Personalized and Responsive
At the start of the engagement the transition team reviews your documentation including process maps, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), training manuals, performance data and related material in creating an operations performance template. The deliverables from the analysis will include a detailed Statement of Work with a list of client and service provider responsibilities, Service Level Agreement (SLA) and the project implementation plan.

We appoint a dedicated client manager to coordinate with the on-shore project manager, report on monthly KPI’s, maintain SOPs and lead quarterly business review meetings.
