Our Values

Structured

We believe structure is absolutely key to providing high quality in a steady, stable manner, creating a planned environment that facilitates accountability, responsibility and productivity while minimizing risk

Commitment

We are dedicated to providing the best possible services to grow your business and to sustain that dedication on the long term.

Competence

We hold competence in the highest esteem. We believe that the combination of knowledge and skill is required to effectively carry out a strategy or a task effectively.

Personalised

The risk of facing a cookie cutter solution is higher with larger organizations. The risk of overshooting capacity is higher with smaller organizations. We fall right in the middle where we’re small enough to provide individual attention and innovative solutions while maintaining the capacity to meet those requirements.

Innovative

The problems of today are very different from the problems from 10 years ago. Innovation is key in differentiating between brands and maintaining a competitive advantage.

Trust

We understand that all relationships are based on trust. Bearing this in mind, we find that working with integrity and honour are values that will help both us, and our clients.

Following the footsteps of John Keells Group

Our bold stance to shared services is derived from our parent company, the John Keells Group which celebrates 150 years in 2020. John Keells Group is Sri Lanka’s largest conglomerate comprising seventy companies across seven industries namely tourism, shipping and logistics, consumer foods, property development, retail, financial services and information technology and manages a business portfolio with a revenue of USD 2 billion.

What started as a tea broking endeavour back in the early 1870s by two Englishmen Edwin and George John, expanded over the years to become a revered name in the commercial landscape of Sri Lanka. Some of the Group’s notable investments were made in the first private port terminal named South Asia Gateway Terminals (SAGT) at a cost of USD 240 million in 1999 while the waterfront Cinnamon Life infrastructure project, an iconic landmark of Colombo.

Over the years, the Group aligned their portfolio with growth sectors of the country and continued to evolve as many of the companies spearheaded their respective industries.

With a history and a brand synonymous with trust and excellence backing our every move, Infomate has become a pioneer in captive shared service in Sri Lanka.
