How Infomate Gathers Information :
In connection with providing clients with investment management services, we may obtain information about them from the following sources:

  • All client correspondence and source documents, whether in writing, in person, by telephone, electronically or by any other means, is treated with confidentiality. We have a no publicity clause and will undertake to share testimonials and references only with the client’s express permission. Infomate would undertake social media and Google marketing campaigns to promote its services to prospective clients.
  • Infomate conducts social media campaigns to prospective clients and for this purpose would require personal information (Name, Contact Details, Profession and Company information). These will be collected only through inquiry forms filled voluntarily by prospective clients requesting further information of our services. This will information is not shared with 3rd parties and maintained securely Infomate.
  • Public sources
  • We will not share non-public personal information about our clients with nonaffiliated third parties without prior client consent
  • Former Clients: Our Privacy Policy continues to apply to all former clients. Confidential clauses are further elaborated and agreed upon in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).

We restrict access to the personal and account information of our clients to our employees for business purposes only. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to guard your personal information (CCTV monitoring, Access controlled employee passes and facility, disabled USBs/external hard drives). Additionally, we have internal controls to keep client information as accurate and complete as we can (All employees are required sign Non-disclosure-agreements).
