Our Process
We start by understanding your organisation inside out. We analyse, recommend and apply our domain expertise to fuel growth in your enterprise.
We collect information about existing processes, analyse pros and cons in each step, and identify areas of improvements and efficiency through a SOP document which maps all processes. We then carry out a pilot run and commence work taking into consideration the complexity of the process. We benchmark to meet industry turnaround time: if there is a delay, we try to assess why and where the lag is. This initial effort usually lasts from one to three months and can extend upto six months in some cases to fine tune and arrive at the most efficient process.
We’re flexible with our SOP documents which can be reviewed as many times a month throughout the service period. The main aim of it is to highlight performance, target areas of improvement and solve them.

BPO MATE is a QU management software that helps QU managers assign jobs to others. It typically costs US$7 and US$50 to pay a single invoice manually but by processing it automatically, we can reduce that by 50%-80%. Our software facilitates the AP process which makes accounting much more efficient by saving time and reducing the number of errors. The software also supports reporting and tracks performance of each employee which helps us make constant improvements throughout the process.
