LEARN

We value academic qualifications but we feel building a career through only “paper qualifications” is not enough. We emphasise on soft skills and communication as a part of working together in a team and facilitate this through our leadership programmes. We also encourage peer-to-peer learning, and create a space where our people take ownership of various projects and follow it through.

TRAIN

While our programmes fulfil the training requirements of ACCA, CIMA, CMA and CA Sri Lanka, our members also receive comprehensive ERP training for SAP, JD Edwards, MS Dynamics and other platforms. We offer structured classroom sessions, eLearning, practice environments and assessments that bring everyone up to speed with additional courses such as ‘Finance Apprentice’ and sessions such as ‘Coffee with CEO’ to mentor our people.
